We stayed in February and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the sunny balcony and watching the ships in the port. A lot of parking space, a lot of different shops, stores around. There were no problems to contact hosts and clarify the questions that I had. There are some points for enhancement but in general it is clean and comfortable + balcony compensates everything.
