1- the owner Mr fouad is very great and nice person he comes to pick us when the maps not working, he always ready to help when you need

3- it's around 2 km from center larnaca and close to restaurants and intercity bus stop

It was exactly what we expected in a location perfect for us to make the visits we travelled for. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The water pressure was great and the balcony was stunning!
Great place with lovely view. Apartment just as described. Very nice and helpful host. Highly recommend.

As soon as I opened the door to the apartment I felt the stress leave my solar plexus. Whoever designed this little studio has done a superb job. Decor is very important and as a result, the apartment is cosy and comfortable. Everything worked when I was there, from the stove top to the washing machine. The communication was excellent, clear and punctual thank you Fouad. The view and waking up to the sunrise is very special. A great stay.
The apartment looks exactly as it is in the pictures. The balcony really good with an amazing sunrise and sunset.
