The Location was perfect. Close to all amenities, close to the beach, close to a big street full of shops - yet it was on a side street in a very - very quiet apartment complex.
The swimming pool is within walking distance (3' from the apartment) with a security card for the gate.
The host was ready upon seconds to communicate with us through Whatsapp and when I needed his help I even called him and picked up straight away. Polite and very helpful with directions.
