Location excellent. Close to beach and centre of Protaras but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely seaview. Air conditioning excellent. Nice touches - bottle of wine, water, tea and coffee. Pool areas and pool very clean and quietish. Easy to find. Good parking. Really good.

The location is perfect, just 1 minute walk to a marvellous bay, 10 minutes walk to the famous Fig Tree Bay, quiet area - in comparing with the center of Protaras where is a lot of disco parties, karaoke and etc. The place is very nice, it has a balcony to enjoy sunrises and sea view, it has all the amenities in the kitchen. Right across the building is a patisserie with tasty sandwiches and fresh waffles.

Very beautiful and fresh apartment close to fig tree bay and other nice beaches. Also close to the bus stop for transpotation to Ayia Napa. The host was very helpfull before and during the trip. Would really recommend staying there.

The location of the apartment is something fantastic, overlooking the sea, the shores and the palmtrees, an unforgettable view to wake up to in the morning ( yes, you can see all these from the bedroom as well :-)) or to have a glass of bubble in the evening. Demos, the host provided an outstanding hospitality, responsive and solution orientated all through our stay, felt the genuine cypriot welcome. It is a few minutes walk from the Fig Tree Bay, shops, restaurant, yet calm, perfect for a morning stroll in the morning along the shore (which is nicely built out since weh have been here 5 years ago). Overall, the view is truly majestic and the hospitality is unsurpassable!
