The owner Tony is a very kind person, answered all my questions, and even offered to bring a mini-bar just in case i needed one.
The location is perfect near to everything, you feel yourself in the middle of all activities.
The safety issue was my concern since it's in the old city where many bars, restaurantes... etc. After 4 nights, i can assure that the place is highly secured, the entrance door is always locked and there are cameras.
In general i didn't experience anything negative during my stay.
