We like the location of this property, it is easy to access metro. A lot of places are walkable if you like. We requested a quiet room and the staff updated it, which was nice. The room was not very big but big enough for two of us. The property provided unlimited bottled water and soda. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had nice stay.

Great location. Staffs meet my needs and help to problem solve. Spacious and clean room. Has free laundry service but did not use because did not have time and too tired after travelling during the day. I am thankful for the staff who helped me to solve the payment amount issue during check-in. I think there was a difference in the room rates between booking.com and the hotel, and almost ended up paying more than what was priced on Booking.com where I booked. But the staffs managed to help verify with Booking.com and gave us the rate booked with Booking.com

I must say the staff is the nicest people they are willing to go extra miles to accomodate the guests. They helped us requesting Uber and in exchange we paid them my cash (because the fee is directly deducted from their account). They also gave us early check in!

Location is very convenient, close to the subway and within walking distance to dining places and areas. Room is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The hotel building looks a bit dated from the outside - don't let it fool you, everything is perfect inside. The staff doesn't speak English well enough, but they are pros in using translation apps and all are very helpful and nice.

We had an extra suitcase which the hotel happily kept for us whilst we went to Jiuzhaigou for 9 days.
