Everything was neat and clean. The toilet bowl was even sanitized. The hotel staffs were also nice and helpful! Besides, it is conveniently located near a subway station.
Even though the level of English proficiency was different among staff we could communicate without issues. They were super polite, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, literally next to the Temple of Heaven and one of the main subway lines to the city centre
The two ladies who worked at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The staff was very helpful. English communication was not a problem. The front desk explained how to get to some attractions by subway. Saved me lots of money. Ordered a taxi to the airport. She even went outside with me and talked to the driver. I felt very well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to all travelers.
The room was new and clean. There is an elevator. The shower was clean. Western toilet. They provide water, slippers, tea, towels, shampoo and so on. Good value for money.
