Located at the center of city
Staff at the concierge & at the executive lounge provide great service
Location - perfect. I booked this place as it was walking distance to the offices I needed to get to and it didn't disappoint. An easy walk there, and a great location to other amenities.
The lounge was quite the bonus as well. A nice way to chill after work without worrying about where to go for dinner and wrapping up with drinks as well. A good way to meet other travelling workers at the same time.
Everything was perfect, from the cleaning team to lobby staff and cooking team. The breakfast was great, best way to start you day!

Nice hotel in a zone of Shanghai with big malls and metro stations
Breakfast was good, lots of choice and no rush to finish as plenty of tables. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the room was always clean and well stocked with necessities. Staff in the Executive lounge were attentive and friendly, I was impressed that they knew my preferences within a few days.
