Lovely people, always ready to help, always kind and friendly. Perfectly located in the center of Kunming with efficient soundproof windows. big comfortable room. Nice view over the night market and the area.

Very impressed with Jojo and Suvi at the lounge reception. We had an unusual problem with rescheduling a sector of our international flight - and only for one of a 2 person booking. We recognise it is not a routine duty for the reception staff at the lounge. Jojo and Suvi listened attentively to our request (in broken Chinese and English) and with the occasional feedback to make sure they understood our desired change. They then called the Airline company on our behalf and explained our situation very efficiently. We could not have done so ourselves as we cannot speak Chinese. After 30 minutes of patient interactions with the airline staff, our flights were rescheduled exactly to our request. Jojo and Suvi went above and beyond their duties to help us. We are very impressed with their client service attitude. Well trained and excellent client service culture. Keep up the good work!
