Setting & Design of the hotel, location, tidiness
Hotel staffs friendly and warm.
Room clean.
Very good Breakfast and lots variety.
Exceptional customer service! Staffs are so nice and helpful, great location and shopping mall is just next to the hotel. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit the city again.
The hotel is new and welcoming, as clean as it gets and the staff was amazing so helpful!!! We had the beat time there!
Super modern western style hotel in new development in Zhongshan. Check in on 5th floor - our room was big enough but of a strange layout - no idea why it was done that way ? Good facilities and happy competent staff. The HK coach leaves/arrives on G/F so we could meet up with friends crossing border from HK
Only negative was house keeping - they didn’t bother on one of the 4 days we stayed - despite requesting - no explanation / no offer of water or fresh towels - just completely missed us out. Very strange - given the rest of stay was good I believe this was some simple mistake. Would we stay again - probably yes
