All the staff at the hotel were very professional and polite. Rooms were clean, and staff members were accommodative of requests made to them. The hotel kindly upgraded our room upon arrival. Concierge was helpful, polite and courteous to assist us with our needs. Everyone from room service staff, to restaurant staff to front desk were all very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Location was excellent as there was a subway train station just across the hotel. There were food outlets just a short walk from the hotel. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Beijing the next time.
