Staff was very friendly, Kathy and Ella receptionists were especially helpful.

Grande old dame of a hotel. European style, just like you would expect from a French chain. Location is perfect as well.

Pretty much everything! It was wonderful to return to a comfortable and quiet room after a long day fending off the hordes of tourists and people trying to sell us stuff (one of our group is very tall, and attracts a lot of attention from domestic tourists). We had a free room upgrade, the room was spotless, bath was wonderful after a chilly day at the Warriors, one of the staff loaned us their personal corkscrew, room was mostly quiet, gym was great.

The hotel was perfect in all means the staff was so friendly especially Daisy may kathy she helped me a lot I would definitely recommend this hotel

Spacious and perfectly clean rooms on a central location, with public transport, restaurants and stores on walking distance. Helpful and motivated personnel. Nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.
