come with breakfast , the front desk staff and cafe staff was very helpful
Staff at the reception and at the swimming pool was very friendly and helpful
It is a very new hotel located at Yuan Bao Shan (symbolize by an ingot shape rock on top of the hill) which we can see it from our hotel room.
The decor, furniture and equipment are modern and new. Breakfast is plentiful, good varieties and fresh. Opposite to the hotel there is an eat street with lots of options. The musical theatre is also located opposite to the hotel by crossing a pedestrian bridge. The lighting, bed, pillow are comfortable. There are bus stops located conveniently near the hotel will take you straight to city center or the Unesco World Heritage Chengde Summer Palace and all other main attractions. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We are happy and appreciative with the daily room make up and clean by the cleaner.
