The location is great. Right in the middle of the Ancient City, it's a great place to start visiting the attractions. The room is big and spacious.
The staff were exceptional! Service is always delivered with a smile, and upon request, they will provide transport in a buggy to the front of Paifang Street.
We loved Jiangnan House. Modern facilities in the old town. Spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent and you could roam the old town at all times. It’s right at your doorstep. The light show was just 5 minutes walk away. Hotel staff meet you at designated gate to help with luggage so no worries about hauling baggage up rough and steep roads closed to traffic. Staff were very helpful with queries and needs.
