I want to highlight that the owner's kindness and assistance is the real highlight of our trip. The place itself is a very authentic old Chinese house in an amazing location.
The accommodation is tucked away in a quiet area, with quick access to main areas of ancient town.
On our second day there was unexpected work at the neighbouring property. It was very loud. The owner upgraded our room to be away from the noise. This happened without us asking. He was very considerate and kind, provided us with advice on how to access the sites we would like to visit.
There was washing machine and dryer, which is great for us as a family of five. I was able to keep up with my laundry.

However, note that the property is outdated and needs a deep clean and renovation. It is an old house.
The bedding, sink, toilet and towels were very clean. However the bathrooms were outdated and needed deep clean.
