Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Good breakfast. Nice common space. Bathroom in dorm room. Air-conditioning. Laundry with detergent in the machine.

The staff was amazing. Nicole and Damon were always there to help. They helped arrange tours and answered questions about the area. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and toiletries were given. It was quiet in the room. I loved the activities they had planned at Sonderia. It was a great way to meet other travelers.
The stuff Gary is very nice and warmheart,help me a lot,and there is many activities,I like the hostel
