Location is excellent, if visiting the 798 art zone. Rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, laundry facilities clean and great staff.

Amazing facilities and a very welcoming communal area. We loved staying at the place and extended our stay :) Staff were so friendly, so helpful with helping us out for recommendations around Beijing. Don't forget to say hi to the security guards downstairs! Super cheerful

The hotel room I stayed in was clean. The furniture in the room was also new. Opposite the hotel, a 10-minute walk away, is the 798 art district. I also recommend downloading the Stey hotel app on your mobile phone. So you can manage many features of the room from your cell phone and be informed about the events in the lobby.

It's a hotel that is unlike the big chain hotels. It has character and a very pleasant style. Modern and new, everything is working well and it's clean. Checking in near midnight also was not a problem, which was great. There's a community space that's much like a living room which I used for some office work, together with a (free!) coffee. I unfortunately didn't have time for the gym but it seems to have the essentials. Whether or not the location is good depends on your wishes: it's very close to Beijing Capital airport and the 798 art district, which houses many nice bars and restaurants next to the galleries you'd expect. Going downtown by taxi, however, can take anywhere between 15 minutes to one hour, depending on traffic.
