Breakfast was great at the hotel and staff was extremely friend! They had free shuttle to/from airport which was great!
My wife stayed here on a stopover in Bogota. Proximity to the airport, shuttle, general quality of the hotel were all important, but the hotel staff helped her, because, like an idiot, I booked the hotel for the following night. We were able to get it all sorted out, including with Booking.com, and it was a relief that my error didn't cause her any issues.
More importantly, she liked the dinner and thought the breakfast was really good. And she was able to take the shuttle, which runs regularly throughout the day, without the slightest issue.
Included buffet breakfast was great. and the airport shuttle was a great bonus. shuttle was schedule every 30mins. very convenient and efficient.
Everything was super clean, staff was friendly and the food buffet was delicious with a lot of options even when we went later on at night.
Amazing breakfast Buffett, free airport shuttle runs daily, good location, friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Our new favourite hotel in Bogota !
