On weekends the reception is open only until midnight. If the guest is planning to arrive later, he/she should call the hotel in advance.
The shuttle runs from Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Transfers are not provided on weekends and holidays. Guests will need to contact the property 24-48 hours prior to arrival to arrange the service. The service is free. After collecting luggage, guests will also need to call the hotel to have staff send a shuttle to pick them up.
