Staff was suPer friendly and helpful. Made the stay a pleasure. WiFi was to weak to stream video I wanted to watch. So missed a fight I wanted to watch. Otherwise no complaints. Certainly would stay again.
The staff very friendly, Breakfast very good. Clean and decent, good location a little bit old, the building needs more details attention, but overall fine.
Everything was great. The pool was beautiful (but too cold for me). The breakfast was buffet style, all you can eat. The final carnival parade on Tuesday goes right by their hotel.
The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very good!
I can't find words to adequately compliment the staff and the service they provide. All the staff from the frontdedt to the dining room went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in my entire travel experience. Thanks to the management and staff.
