Wonderful hotel.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Good breakfast and fabulous location
Excellent value for money. Very clean and although only a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife it’s very quiet. The staff were fantastic.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our flight arrived early and they offered to hold our bags while we toured for a few hours. Our room became available before we headed out and they moved us in early which we were delighted. They were helpful with idea for tours or restaurants, so friendly at the breakfast bar, always polite, and the room was very clean. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and felt very safe.
A bit further from the strip, you can find this hotel in a nice quiet side street. We wanted to have a good night out, but not be woken op by party sounds. This worked out great.
The room was very good. Good beds, AC and shower. Even a minibar. Some things need attentions. Paint is old in some places, and the system to ring the bell/clean/do not disturb is not working.
Nicely located in a quiet part of El Poblado but still very safe.
