I enjoyed the location, it's amazing if you are looking for a place to disconnect from people, the noise, and everything going on this is the place to go. We enjoyed the place, from being able to see a night sky full of stars. The staff, the location, the temperature, the views, the trails, all nothing but spectacular and well.look forward to going back up.

The location of the Hotel Rivel is quite remote and absolutely beautiful. The staff there were very welcoming and attentive, but they only spoke Spanish, which is to be expected, so be prepared. Google translator worked pretty good for us. Dinner at the restaurant was good and the breakfast was outstanding. Starlink is available for Wi-Fi at the restaurant and another one is available at your cabin or dome. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying there again in the future.

It is a beautiful location we went to see the birds and wildlife. the river was very clean and the natural pools were wonderful.

Remote but comfortable. Loved being up the hill. Gleybe was excellent

The location, staff, nature, food, peacefulness, waterfall, river. More info on trails when we arrived would have been great as we found out about long trail as we were leaving.
