Beautiful setting in the forest, with a wonderful view of the wetlands. Buffalo and egrets in the distance. A wonderful pool to relax.
We loved the location, the room, the staff and the activities we did while we stayed there. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location overlooking the wetlands provided wonderul sunrises and sunsets and we were there for a full moon too. Lovely walks into the village and the forest. We also had a wonderful experience doing the cultural celebration activity. Wonderful welcoming, warm and kind staff and local people.
This is an exceptional place being a part of a serious environmental project worthy of support.
It is off the beaten track and the road there is challenging. You are probably best to go for the deluxe villas.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the food simple but good.
The beautiful setting, waking up with amazing views of sunrise and waterbuffalos, just from my own bungalow!
During my two days stay, I was the only guest there, so it was really nice and quiet. At night watching the stars from my private terrace, with nothing but the sounds of nature.
The staff was very nice and friendly. I got a free upgrade to a better bungalow, with airconditioning, which was very nice. The bungalow was nicely designed with a good and comfortable bed.
Next time in Laos I will definitely visit this place again!
Beautiful location with a variety of things to do - boat trip , cycling , birdwatching
