Staff were excellent. Bed’s comfy. Room clean. The boy and young girl who worked at the desk went over and above to accommodate us in finding another room only because of us not booking enough nights that we wanted to stay longer.

Room was good with a balcony and great view over the river, location was good able to walk into town and the night market, staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool after walking around in the heat and humidity.

A little issue with how the rooms were listed on booking.com saying the the deluxe double rooms had two beds and we got two rooms with one bed each. The host was able to get us a room with two beds and one with one. After that, the wifi didn't work for the first couple days. We were told someone cut their cable. It did get fixed. It's a get what you pay for hotel. We enjoyed our time there. Everyone was friendly and it was in a great location. 5 to 10 min walk to everything you need. The included breakfast was great and the view of the river was excellent.

The receptionist were a nice guy. He was polite, friendly, helpful and reliable. He helped me to book the motorcycle and the bus to go back to the train station.

Quality furniture, linens and amenities. Good breakfast made-to-order. Pools were nice place to relax. Outdoor food court only steps away.
