The apartment was as described. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It is located within walking distance from the center. However, if you prefer public transportation, the streetcar loop is just across the street. The neighborhood seemed to be safe. Near the building you can find cafes or food vendors. There are interesting examples of Art Nouveau style buildings nearby. Contact with the owner was very good - she was also helpful with issues not directly related to the accommodation.
