Nice and comfy hotel in the city center. Market square, Ventspils castle, Ferry terminal - everything is close to the hotel. Room is nice and clean. Personal is open and friendly. We enjoyed the stay.
The room was very cozy, clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Facilities are excellent.
The hostess of the kitchen is perfect, you can see that she knows how to manage, she is kind, just nice, coffe very good,

Breakfast was super. Lady served us various delicious food. Coffee was wunderfool. Old hous is absolutely cozy.
If Im in Ventspils I choose only Kupfernams.
The staff has the best attitude. They welcomed me quite late, staying specifically to wait for my arrival and then explained / showed everything. The same great service continued in the morning at breakfast. Delicious and plenty of food.
Highly recommend.
