Location right on the nice beach, calm place, but close to the many restaurants or shops, nice pool area, big property, nice bottom terrace, barbecue facilities

Big specious apartments, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, pool, proximity of the beach and multiple restaurants. When we had emergency with one of the kids, staff was really helpful and it was resolved quickly.

Bashier and Priya were exceptionally gracious and accommodating for anything that needed attending to. We had swift responses to fixing TV connection and a small maintenance issue - both resolved late on a Saturday evening. Communication was exceptional. Safe, secure, well maintained and very relaxing away from the heat in the pool especially after 4pm.

The apartment was very spacious (3 floors) and allowed for personal space. It was like a home from home with added security of gated entry. With only 2 other apartments in complex (unused villa at end during our time of stay) it provided peace and privacy. Met the new owner who checked us out - has great ideas for the future and wish him every success.

The Anaya Residence exceeded our expectations! The house is huge with a beautiful Master bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen was extremely nice with a lot of utensils, even a microwave, water cooker and toaster. The whole house is very new and modern and it was always clean as the cleaning staff passed by every day. Furthermore, we really appreciated the vicinity to the beautiful Flic en Flac beach and to a lot of food shacks and great restaurants. Also the communication with Ben was great and Nathalie who gave us the key was lovely! All in all we have nothing to complain about and were extremely satisfied with our stay.
