The building is a bit old, with a simple and functional design that reflects its age, but it is well maintained and clean. It serves its purpose well for a short stay in a small town like Kuala Berang. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It came with all the basic necessities, including an attached bathroom, hair dryer and TV. There is also a water dispenser available in the corridor near the lobby. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made the stay more pleasant. One minor issue was the shower. The handle was quite tight and could use some fixing. Otherwise, everything was in working order. Overall, it is a decent and convenient place to stay if you are passing through or visiting Kuala Berang.
