The hotel environment and the management. The hotel has a very unique concept whereby it's located in a mosque and everyone is welcomed with open heart.
It was definitely an awesome memorable experience staying at this hotel. I will definitely rebook this hotel the next time I am in Melaka.
The Owner of the hotel is a great host and very helpful
The hotel was clean, comfortable , and to the very detail of great toilet paper. The bed was perfect. We enjoyed the share pantry with nice coffee and cookies every morning . Also enjoyed the nice bananas every day. The staff was great, and the owner went out of his way to help us. He went as far as taking us to the bus station after we told him of our bad experience with our Grab driver.
The unlimited supply of water and snacks was much appreciated. Beds were comfy, and our hosts very friendly and informative.
Clean. There was a place to hang clothes and luggage tables. Air con and water heater good. There was a very small common pantry with a refrigerator and coffee things. Nice lobby to relax in.
