The view of the mountain was amazing and the customer service and housekeeping service was great. We requested for iron and some bottled water on separate occasion and it was sent immediately to the room.
The amazing view of Kinabalu Mountain, calm atmosphere , breakfast was delicious, very welcoming staffs.

I like it placed at the top hill. So u can get the best cold and kinabalu view. My kinabalu room with kinabalu view is so satisfying. Just chilling at your balcony facing the kinabalu. Room is clean and comfortable.
