Since the room assigned to us had no windows and almost no WiFi, the staff kindly gave us another room that had a window (though without any great views of riverside) and very good WiFi. It was necessary for our work.
It was clean, cheap, quiet at night, the bed was comfortable.
Riverside location, food stalls across the street, helpful manager/owner.
