The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We were having ongoing medical work that required extending our stay several times, & they rearranged their other guests so we could stay in the same room. Once when they were full & we were thinking that we'd have to leave, they got a last-minute cancellation & gave it to us, pushing us to the head of their queue. The breakfast caters to the locals, but they also have lots of western dishes (eggs, omelets, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, even bread pudding).

This a bit old, but clean and nice hotel. Walking distance to Gaya street.

There are certainly cheaper hotels, but the DreamTel was fairly upscale. The rooms are up several levels, so they have nice views, & the rooms are far enough from other buildings that you can leave the curtains open. Nice buffet breakfast. A nice place to recover from an overseas flight.

overall was good .. room comfortable. staff friendly and nice welcoming us with smile and the conversation at reception was very close. c/in & c/out smooth. will come again in future.
