The General Manager was always there to provide help to guests and we were offered free breakfast by him. Big open air car park without having to enter a gate. Good river view from Breakfast Hall as well as from the bedrooms
very peaceful and beautiful scenery - facing Perak RIver! owesome view!!

Upon checking-in the DM welcome with smiles and greets. Asking if there is a reservation make? and many more and he is simply Good. in the evening the FO staff shared his knowledge about Casuarina group hotels and also recommend the other property with each individuals property offered. He knows every single details and very informative. Well Done.
The room is quite big for deluxe size room. The hotel is right in front of Perak river and there's a lot of activities near the river during my visit and happens to be Malaysia Day celebration.
