We liked the seaview from the apartment. Rooms, kitchen, living area, are very cleaned & comfort, we didn't feel itchy after sleeping on the beds & lying on the sofa. Like home, relaxed.
Nice location. Walking distance to ferry terminal.

Amazing location . . . right next to Jesselton ferry terminal for ease of access for all the island trips (3-5 min walk).
The self check-in and out instructions sent via message on the app were crystal clear and easy to follow.
The apartment has beautiful decor and the most amazing view of the bay and Gaya island. Beds are comfortable (soft mattress) . . . our favourite area was the couch with the view! The pool is on the 7th floor and quite large, though it gets crowded early morning and evenings.
Great range of shops, restaurants and laundromats on the ground floor with ease of access for e-hailing via Grab.
Good environmental views especially the Jesselton Ferry Terminal, it's much more like the best view
The apartment had enough space for a family to stay comfortably together and the views with the boats were spectacular.
