Staff who did the check in and check out was an incredibly positive and nice person.

I loved the communal space. Comfortable couch and work/study desks, nice kitchen. The pool and the gym is a bonus. Additionaly, the caretaker is a very nice person. The view from the 33rd floor is very nice. Plenty of daylight. I would come again.

The staff is really nice. Lucky for me the hotel was available on the same day i booked it. Even though it was midnight, the staff answer my call gives me the key to the room and they also lent me their iron. Really good people.

Host was very polite and accommodating. The location is excellent with the Bukit Nanas monorail station at just a couple of minutes walking distance, via this you reach Bukit Bintang in just 5 -7 mins, which is excellent as road traffic got heavy and slow as it was Christmas time. KL tower taxi costed only appx 8 -10 ringgits. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a 24 hour store within the building premise, which has most of everyday necessities. we extended our 2 day stay here by another night as we were not getting flights to Langkawi also we enjoyed the place and KL

I loved the experience. Helped that my roommates were great. Great swimming pool. Great area.
