The friendliness of the host. The clear self check-in step by step guide. The effort in making sure the homestay follows the theme accordingly.
Very helpful staff. Face issue when check out and the management is very patient and willing to wait for the delay check out.

All the furniture and grocery well prepared and very clean, felt very comfortable and conveniences to stay. Easy to get meal at surrounding. Also have grocery can buy if needed. Provided free WIFI.
