top location , just next to popular shopping mall imago, lots of smart features like extendable lightening and usbc wall cables, dyson hair drier, feet flush button for toilet, led mirror lights, beautiful LG smart TV with netflix + prime accounts, fancy tea cups and shiny golden spoons and sabah tea, comfortable bed, every day fresh towel service and lots of 2L waters. Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!!
In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP.
Overall recommended stay
The hospitality is very good. The room is very pretty, clean and comfortable.

Located right above Imago, easy access to the mall especially during the rainy night. Parking was provided and right in front of lift to the accommodation. Super clean, super responsive staffs.
