Fast response in terms of rooms arrangement n trouble shooting of room items

As we travelled on foot, the location was great and convenient for us.

Location is the best thing I like. Walking distance to malls ,bus terminals and immigration. 27th floor and below are condo units /residential units . 28th floor and up are the hotel rooms . So we have booked 2 rooms and we are assigned at rooms 23-A and 13-10. The reception area at the lobby will attend only for hotel concerns. The receptionist are the kindest persons though. For the condo units, you have to contact / call the condo incharge. He will meet you up at the lobby to turn-over the keys. The room is spacious with living area, kitchen, dining area with complete amenities. Suited for a family on vacation. A homey vibe.

All good except the sprayer in the toilet is licking and need to be fixed.
