The restoration & maintenance of these heritage houses needs someone with strong lasting passion to do so. I am truly appreciative to the Resort owner, Mr. Alex Lim for bringing the historical glory moments to us. To me, it is the story behind of these houses and the craftmanship which make this an attractive place. It is also a surprise to see such historical place next to a beach. The landscaping, the simple yet beautiful food display when food is served, the details provided in the house for guest convenience are well planned. The ever smiling and friendly staff make you feel so welcome. They are not fluent in English but you could feel that they are ever ready to serve you.
