Location
Royal Island Resort & Spa is located on Horubadhoo Island, Baa Atoll, 118 km from Male International Airport.
At the resort
It offers a wide range of sports activities, a gentle entrance to the sea and evening entertainment on the beach.
Available food rates at the hotel: All-Inclusive, Half Board, Full Board. There are 2 restaurants and 3 bars: Maakanaa — the main buffet restaurant, Raabondhi — a seafood grill restaurant, Boli Bar — a lounge bar where guests can play billiards, Fun Pub — a pool bar with evening shows, disco and karaoke, open from 9:00 PM. Palm Terrace bar — pool bar with drinks and snacks.
Guests can use the hotel services such as: spa, adult and children's pool, gym, table tennis, billiards, volleyball, tennis court, badminton, diving, water sports center. The hotel organizes various excursions, fishing, cruises, visits to local islands, picnics, snorkeling. In the evenings, the main bar hosts events with live music, shows, crab races, a disco, wedding ceremonies.

There are 152 rooms of different categories at the guests' disposal: Beach Villa of 57 sq.m — located on the beach and has access to the beach, Sunset Beach Villa of 57 sq.m — located on the coast and has access to the beach, Two Bedroom Family Beach Villa of 114 sq.m, located on the coast on opposite sides of the island, with views of the sunset and sunrise with a pool, jacuzzi and a private area on the beach, Two Bedroom Beach Pool Residence with a size of 257 sq.m.

Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents., Transfer should be paid separately. The cost can range from USD 200.00 to 600.00.
Guests need to book minimum 4 nights of stay in the period 24.12.23 — 10.01.24. No departure on December 24th, December 31st, and January 1st.
Aeroplane and boat transfer per child: USD 200.00, return, from 2 to 11 years old. The transfer is available only before 11:30 AM.
Additional fee for children from 12 years old to 17 years old: USD 304.77 per person, per stay. The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12 to 17.
Christmas Eve December 24th Gala Dinner per adult: USD 260.00, per child: USD 130.00, from 2 to 12 years old:
New Year's Eve December 31st Gala Dinner per adult: USD 350.00, per child: USD 175.00, from 2 to 12 years old.
The following services should be booked in advance: a massage and spa treatments. The resort will accept guests' order if it is booked in advance.
This hotel has adjoining rooms, they are a subject to availability.
The combined transfer to the hotel takes 25 minutes by seaplane from Male airport to Dharavandhoo local airport, then 10 minutes by speedboat to the hotel. Guests are required to pay a mandatory transfer fee for adults and children.
Transfer schedule: to reach Royal Island Resort & Spa on the same day, guests should arrive at Male International Airport prior to 10:00 PM local time. The property staff is unable to arrange domestic transfers for guests. Guests need to be in time for a return flight before 09:00 АМ local time.
Guests are required to provide arrival and departure flight details to the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Понравилось, что уборка номеров и замена белья два раза в сутки, на пляже три своих лежака и полотенца, теплый океан, небольшие приливы и отливы, тепло дню и и прохладно ночью, можно спать без конденционера, имеется фитнес зал волейбол, теннис, рыбалка, а самое главное дайвинг, сайтов много и есть что посмотреть
Не понравилось чт нельзя на Мале прилетать после 18 вечера, отвезут в отель только на следующий день несмотря на то что этот день оплачет. И выселят с отеля в день отъезда часов в десять утра хотя самолет вечером, но правда поселили в Мале Лаунж бар и мы сравнительно в комфорте провели шесть часов
Отель на небольшом острове с шикарным живым рифом
Номер Вилла на пляже отличная. Чисто, ежедневная уборка. Веранда с выходом прямо к океану. Закрепленные за виллой лежаки. Просторная ванная комната с душем "на улице".

Кухня во всех ресторанах с индийско-индонезийским уклоном, это просто на любителя.
Отель-отдельный остров . Из аэропорта Мале отель организует трансфер : перелёт местными авиалиниями (20 мин) и спидбот( 15 минут) .
Разнообразная кухня. Всегда есть блюда местной и европейской кухни, очень вкусные фрукты/ десерты . Все очень вкусно !!
У нас был забронирована beach villa . У всех домиков есть приватный кусочек пляжа , в пяти метрах океан . В номере все есть , чисто . Не хватило только розеток , но есть переходник , и сразу можно заряжать 2-3 гаджета .

Очень доброжелательный персонал, готовый всегда прийти на помощь .
Всех покушали москиты или песчаные мошки ( не знаю как правильно ) . Персонал проводит обработку , но частые дожди , наверное, этому мешают . Нас не спасли средства , привезённые с собой , обращались к отельному доктору .
Понравилось абсолютно все!!! Персонал! Пляж ! Номера! Еда! Сервис ! Все на высшем уровне ! Прекрасный отель с замечательными сотрудниками ! Рекомендую брать систему «все включено», не пожалеете точно!
Хотелось бы больше разнообразия в еде, морских продуктов, салатов, но в целом все отлично!
