Very friendly staff, the room was a good family size room, all in all it was a good first hotel to our start of our holiday!

Wow, we loved our stay in sands grand! The hotel is modern, clean, very green (lovely garden in the entrance), and over all inviting and joyful. Dhigurah is cute and walkable, so we felt that the hotel is close to the bikini beach and also some cafes. We loved walking all the way to the sandbar, it's great exercise! The island is not overly developed and it's quite green. We must say that Shaheen the manager of the hotel was just amazing, we instantly felt at home thanks to him. We loved chatting with him and learning about the island, maldivian culture, sustainability etc. He was very thoughtful and engaged and helped us organize some epic snorkle excursions and scuba diving trips. Overall highly recommended, and would love to come back to Dhigurah and sands grand hotel. Thank you Shaheen and team!

I will always be grateful for the hotel staff's kindness and efforts to make sure we didn't miss anything and provide us with island tips, as well as for our pleasant conversation with Shaheen, the hotel manager, about Maldivian culture, food, and beverages.

I also want to mention how flexible and friendly the waiter was in satisfying all of my dietary requirements (vegan) :)

Food, friendly and helpful staff

Many thanks to Shaheen, Fairuz, the chef, Abdullah and Ahmed for their kindness. Shaheen, the manager, was very helpful in giving us tips for exploring the island. Fairuz also helped us to discover the Maldivian culture, to talk about football and other rich and constructive conversations.
