As the name of the apartment says, it is a very modern. Exactly like in the photos. A large sitting room , with a large balcony. A very modern and well equipped kitchen. All you need for your cooking is there. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms absolutely clean and spotless. The corner bedroom also has a balcony where you can hang and dry your clothes.Very little traffic, which is a great bonus for a good sleep. A lift which will take you to the second floor. 3 mts on foot to the nearest convenient shop and bus stops, 20 mts on foot to the lovely St Tomas Beach. A great place to start a trail along the coast heading south. 3 bus lines to take you to LA Valletta. The communication with the owners very easy.

We had a very clean and orderly reception. Although we did not meet the hosts in person, the communication was smooth, and we were able to discuss everything. They always responded to my messages within a short time. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The appartement was very well kept and really clean. It contained everything one could need on holiday, including a great location.

Struttura molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Fornita di tutto il necessario (detersivi, asciugamani, lenzuola, stoviglie). Posizione ottimale, sia per raggiungere altre zone dell’isola, sia come accoglienza del quartiere, vista la presenza di bar, ristoranti e market. I proprietari molto disponibili.

Het wijzigen van het aantal personen was geen enkel probleem. Goede communicatie met de host. Inchecken verliep vlot, met de correcte instructies die tijdig werden bezorgd. Poetsdienst werd op prijs gesteld. Geen enkel probleem om een latere check-out te regelen. Een aanrader!
