We absolutely loved this hotel. Our suite was extremely spacious and had a terrace. The hotel has some beautifully decorated spaces and a rooftop. But what made this stay really special were the staff: extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel also feels very secure because a concierge takes care of opening and closing the main entrance when guests arrive. The restaurant located on the premises is also one of the best dining experiences we've had and was, in my view, more sophisticated than our prior dinner at one of the Michelin guide restaurants in Mexico City.

We visit Mexico frequently and Mexico City every few years. This is one of the best hotel stays we have had. Perfect location for staying downtown - may be the quietest room in Mexico. Lovely property, historic with modern touches, spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with sweet touches on traditional Mexican favorites. Staff were charming and helpful. Nice to stay in a place that feels like Mexico, not a gray bland hotel room that could be anywhere in the world. Very much look forward to staying here again!

Lovely hotel with large apartment-like suites. The staff was delightful and so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is exceptional. The building itself is amazing and the room are gorgeous. The rooftop has a great view and is very comfortable. Breakfast was changing everyday but Al way great. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Would 100% recommend and go back.
