The beds were comfortable, pools heated, showers warm, facilities clean and the beach- big and wide.
I wish there were more lounge chairs and shade, and that the ocean was swimmable. The food was good, but not great. Overall it was a nice, safe place with lots of families as well as older couples. One of my favourite memories was the foam party in the adult pool. We couldn’t stop laughing. We will go back!
We were upgraded to an ocean view room in the Krystal Grand side of the property. The room and views were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had no problems getting a chair at the pool or renting a cabana by the pool. We had a very relaxing stay.
Loved the food, buffet breakfast and lunch was amazing. The best restaurants for dinner were the Italian and the grill.
The infinity pool was very nice.

Our server for the Mexican fiesta night Thursday Jan 16th was excellent I would like to commend him on his service A1! His name was Julio he was great and made it a much better experience! What a a great night!!!
Good staff, Rosi on the plancha for Omelets was great. Aaron from poolbar top service, Samuel and Victor super great service.
