Very safe and secure area. It's actually an apartment on a third level. All steps no elevator was even okay. A lot of trip factors on the facility but you just have to be aware. Wonderful private rooftop. Also has a really efficient and quick washer and dryer at the rooftop area.

A great apartment in a fantastic location close to the beach and the Marina. The complex has a pool that is very comfortable. The rooftop BBQ and patio area is only shared with two other apartments and so nearly-private. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

On a scale of 1 to 10 The location is an 11 and the hosts deserve a 12. The property is walking distance to everything we needed (including a great grocery store). Patty was kind, courteous, and very responsive. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Ignore all the racist propaganda you see online about Cabo being a dangerous place full of scammers. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and just trying to earn a living. We made many friends. The only rip-off was Delta Airline that charged $4,000 for tickets and then made us sit on the tarmac for hours (their excuse was miscommunication among staff) and offered us crackers for $10.
