Le lieux assez proche du centre 20/25min a pied , les chambres sont grandes , l eau chaude , le personnel serviable , station de metro proche pour visiter mexico
24 hour reception that spoke English and Spanish. The room was large.
The concierge went above and beyond, he was a really friendly chap. The food was great. Everything was clean and spacious.
The room is very big and the bed is comfort. The receptionist are friendly. The location is closed metro station and very safe area. The Police station is just next door. The price is quite cheap compare other Mexico City hotel.
The hotel staff has been always extremely attentive to my needs. Natalia, David, Roberto at the reception has done a fantastic job, taking care of everything; courteous and forthcoming at all times. Maria and the chambermaids have also done a brilliant job round the clock. The location is convenient to reach La Roma - Colonia Condesa and the historical center (about 20 mins walk). The underground has 2 stations very close by.
I really recommend this hotel for tourism / working and leisure alike.
