Beautiful rooms in great location. The staff was helpful and so welcoming. There's no elevator but the staff was quick to carry our bags and a little exercise was good for us for such a nice room. Bed was comfy, and a wonderful array of restaurants were just steps away.
Property is very clean, has a wonderful location and everyone is kind and available to assist.
We stayed for three nights. The hotel is well located. Not far from the main square, about 20 minutes walking. Close to beautiful Paseo Montejo. In the area there are so many good restaurants. The staff was wonderful. So kind. Breakfast was very good. Maybe not much choice but what they make is freshly made and delicious. We had the Presidential room. It was huge! Bathroom huge also with a lot of towels.
