The room was clean and met our needs. The garden bar and restaurant were attractive. We enjoyed them. The music was a little loud but we dealt with it
On arrival my host offered me a $30/night upgrade to a beautiful condo on the beach overlooking the water. It was a full apartment, with a beautiful balcony and in the midst of a large, gorgeous complex with multiple pools and a great beach.
It's a shared community with nice rooms, I became friends with other roommates. It's good to have hot water, since in Puerto Vallarta there is a problem with that. Fast internet. Host is very nice and attentive, was working hard to fix any problems. To summarize I had a very good experience, definitely staying here again when I'm in Puerto Vallarta.
Great atmosphere and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Loved the historic house. The bedroom balcony/patio was awesome. Great shared common areas and the washing machine was a bonus.
