I liked just about everything about my stay at the hotel. The fact that there's a large bird roost right behind the place with flamingos and other birds was amazing (we were here in January)!
A well located facility if you want to take tours to the nearby lagoon. The owner was very kind and helped us with every issue we got although it’s recommended to speak Spanish there. We took a tour with someone she advised us and very heavily satisfied. We even could stay a bit longer than the regular checkout time. would definitely recommend!
The laundry in the hotel. Swimming pool, the kind staff. Very close to the street but silent. The hot water and coffee.
Clean room and bathroom, big comfortable bed.
The pool was also nice. We asked for an internal room so the street noise wasn’t really disturbing.
Strong A/C.
Simple but good, what you see is what you get.
the room was comfortable in any aspect (lightning / bed softness / temperature / calmness ...) and clean ! we even extend our stay for a 2nd night.
the staff is very helpful and can get you anything you need in Rio Lagartos.
