Its clean, the desk person is nice. The housekeeper on Friday was kind, but the Saturday one knocked the door SO LOUDY and was trying to get in by force!!! She waked up me and there was a band at the yard playing so loud, it was part of the hotel!!! How in the 7 hells do you think the people will sleep with all the noise YOU DARE TO GET!!! It’s a hotel, not a disco, Jesus
The room was comfortable, covering all the essential requirements. The location was within 15 minutes by car to our destination at UNAM. Taxi service was excellent.
The staff are very friendly, professional and kind. I highly recommend City Express.
